These Terms of Use govern the use of the Movi app (hereinafter "App") and the associated services provided by Jonas Pundt, Brookstraße 15, 49692 Cappeln (hereinafter "Movi"). By using the App, you accept these terms.
Movi is a discovery app that helps users find suitable places and events nearby. The App provides content such as place suggestions, opening hours, mood categories, and event information. There is no claim to availability or completeness of this information.
Some features (e.g. saving places, submitting content) require an account. You are obliged to keep your credentials confidential and to notify Movi immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. Only one account per person is permitted.
You may submit places and events for publication in the App. By submitting, you grant Movi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, store, and display this content within the service. You warrant that your content does not infringe third-party rights. Movi reserves the right to review, reject, or remove submitted content.
Use of the App for unlawful purposes is prohibited. In particular, it is prohibited to submit false or misleading information, scrape the App, circumvent security measures, or harass other users.
Movi is not liable for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information contained in the App. In particular, Movi does not guarantee opening hours or event data maintained by users. Statutory liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected.

Movi reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. You will be informed of material changes via the App or by email. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Place of performance and jurisdiction is, to the extent permitted by law, Cappeln.
